Brian Sprout

Brian Sprout was born and raised in Kelowna. He attended Ryerson Polytechnical University in Toronto where he received a Bachelor of Photographic Arts Degree. After more than 25 years working as a professional photographer in many major centers he relocated back to the Okanagan, and has observed the valley grow from an obscure area in the Canadian landscape to a recognized wine destination.
Brian's work has appeared in hundreds of publications including Maclean's, People, Outside, Travel Holiday, Wine Spectator, Reader's Digest, Canadian Geographic, InStyle, Toronto Life, Harpers, Vancouver Magazine, and The Globe and Mail. He is renoun as one of Canada's top winery and vineyard photographers, if you have ever visited a wineshop or liquor store you have seen some of his work. Several of Brian's images are currently running on television ads produced by Tourism British Columbia. This year his spring & summer project is to begin planting his own 20-acre vineyard in SE Kelowna. His commercial work can be viewed at HERE
